Privacy.

When you send us a form on this site we keep your name, email, phone number and whatever you tell us, so we can reply. Only club officials who run the inbox can see it.

Players with a portal account have their profile, attendance and match stats stored so the team can plan games. Your name, shirt number, position, photo and stats may appear on the public Squad page; contact details and birth dates never do. Ask us and we’ll hide your profile.

If you give us your mobile number for text alerts, it is used to text you about your own games and for nothing else. Mobile numbers are never sold, rented or shared with third parties, and they are not used for advertising or passed to any other club. How many you get follows the fixture list — about two or three in a week with a game in it, none out of season — and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any of them to stop them, or remove your number on the Alerts screen. What we send.

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email ben@demonstigersfc.com.
